CEA Symposiums
Symposiums provide employers with a time and place where live discussions and connections happen around employment laws. Come spend time with your peers, learn something, and share your unique perspective on the symposium’s topic.  Handouts for Attitudes Make a Difference.

Onsite Trainings
CEA offers a variety of topics which can be delivered at your location, including California's AB1825 Harassment Prevention Training. Presentations range in duration from 1 hour to a full day.

CEA Webinars
Trainings may fit better with your busy schedule when you can tune into them without leaving your office.  Listen and discuss today’s essential business topics with a subject matter expert. This is your one (1) hour escape, to re-tool and improve your business operations. Train from the convenience of your office or home computer.

Online Courses
These courses allow employees to learn at their own pace and allow you to leave the training, and pick it up again where you left off. We offer a variety of online courses including AB1825 harassment awareness training for supervisors and a one hour harassment awareness training for employees.

PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certification Study Course
An HR certification will distinguish you from your peers, build your self confidence, and advance your career now and in the future. Nothing will have you better prepared to pass the exam than this 11 week Study Course.

ETP
ETP is the acronym for the Employment Training Panel.  The ETP program provides funding to employers to assist in upgrading the skills of their workers through training that leads to good paying, long-term jobs. There are literally millions of dollars in this account accessible to employers each year. The ETP is a funding agency, not a training agency, therefore employers can determine their own training needs and who provides their training. Contact us for more information.
