On-Demand Harassment Prevention Training For Managers

California businesses with 5 or more employees MUST provide harassment prevention training every two (2) years (SB1343). Employees are required to complete one (1) hour of training, every other year. Supervisors and Managers are required to complete two (2) hours of training, every other year. Supervisors who are new in position must complete their training within six (6) months of their promotion.

Managers/supervisors are required to have 2 hours of training. Employees are required to have 1 hour of training.

Courses can be taken anytime 24/7.
