The California Fair Employment and Housing Council updated the mandatory California poster currently titled “Family Care and Medical Leave (CFRA Leave) and Pregnancy Disability Leave” and updated it with information on the New Parent Leave Act, and renamed it as “Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave” effective April 1. Make sure to post it in a conspicuous location where employees can easily see it. 

This all-in-one poster provides the newest laws required by California, Federal and OSHA regulations to meet business requirements to protect employers from posting fines and employee disputes.

This poster is not laminated, but is printed on heavy stock glossy paper.  The paper poster is available in English only.
