Mark Ingram is a human capital specialist. For nearly three decades, Mark has worked with organizations to align people with strategic business objectives.

Among his many roles, Mark has served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Operational Leader for well-established, industry-leading businesses in the Western United States and British Columbia.

Today, Mark consults with senior executives and business leaders to design streamlined infrastructures, working at a strategic level with the organization’s leaders to develop and maintain a competitive advantage.

Mark uses his expertise and experience to help leadership teams optimize organizational structures and reporting relationships, align functional support teams with business imperatives, improve cross-functional collaboration and coach emerging leaders and executives. His approach is designed to accelerate business results through more effective leadership.

Mark is uniquely experienced in dealing with the dynamics of family-owned businesses, serving as a facilitator to address leadership succession, interpersonal communications and relationships among and between generations. He assists family businesses with governance models including role and responsibility (interaction) of family councils and board of directors.

Mr. Ingram is passionate about community and education. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Los Rios Community College Foundation, past chair of the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency, past chair of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Mark served as a member of the Adjunct Faculty for the University of Southern California (Masters Program) and an instructor for the University of California, Davis (certification program). Mr. Ingram holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
