Beverly “Bev” Hoeft serves as Community West Bank’s (CWB), Vice President, Community Outreach Officer for the Greater Sacramento region. She is an accomplished banker with over 25 years of financial expertise cultivating and managing commercial relationships for community banks in Sacramento. She joined CWB in August 2019.

Bev is responsible for building leadership relationships with community trade and nonprofit organizations and identifying opportunities for CWB to support and provide services. She takes pride in working closely with property management companies, associations, and businesses of all sizes to provide banking services that meet their individual needs. Bev has a proven track record of providing her clients with a unique, service-driven style of relationship banking, taking the time to understand how to meet their full range of commercial banking needs, from cash management to business lines of credit and commercial real estate lending.

Justin Valentine serves as Vice President, Relationship Manager for Community West Bank. He oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial banking clients in the Greater Sacramento Region and is responsible for cultivating relationships with businesses of all sizes, designing custom-tailored solutions to help his clients effectively meet their financial goals.

Justin is a skilled commercial lending and credit management executive with more than a decade of industry expertise in commercial real estate with an emphasis on financing industrial, office and multifamily projects.
