Employers with fewer than 500 employees are required to post a new notice regarding Employee Rights under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) in a conspicuous location. The FFCRA provides Emergency Paid Sick Leave and Emergency FMLA leave.

Since many, or most, workers are now teleworking, the Department of Labor stated that an employer may satisfy the posting requirement by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees, or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website.
