Message From Kim: Peace of Mind

sunrise hikeOn every social media site and every news channel there's so much negativity and concern about the future. So much of what I read and hear seems out of my control. It can really get a person down. One way I combat some of that negativity is to find ways to reduce my stress and increase my peace of mind.

When I get out and exercise, when I allow others to help me at work (delegate), when I enjoy the simple pleasures in life and spend more time with the important people in my life, situations that are out of my control don’t seem to weigh so heavy on my shoulders.

Often when we take calls from our members, we hear “thank you for your help, I feel so much better now". It feels great when we know we've done our job by lightening the load and reducing the stress for employers.

Employers need solutions that will make work-life easier and it’s our job to deliver those solutions. You’ve asked for Learning Management Systems (LMS) to provide your employees with online trainings – done! Check out our ThinkHR LMS! You’ve asked for a variety of ways to provide Harassment Prevention Training – done!  We offer online, on-site and webinar courses!

Webinars and online training courses allow you and your employees to learn without having to travel, saving you travel expenses and time away from the office. Our webinars are convenient learning opportunities that occur monthly, check our calendar of events for all of the topics we’ll cover in May.

From education programs and phone advice to assistance with your labor commissioner hearings and union negotiations, our goal is always to lighten your load, save you money, and provide you with Peace of Mind.

Thank you for allowing us to serve your HR needs. Keep tapping into your membership benefits so you can keep your sanity and have some control in this crazy world!
