We are a full service private investigations agency covering the entire state of California, often following leads out of state, as required.

Having begun our investigative career in 1978 by conducting undercover investigations for  numerous employers with employee theft, drug abuse/sales, safety concerns and employee time theft issues, we are able to offer these types of investigations to our clients in a timely, cost effective manner.

We are probably best known for our work in the area of Work Comp Fraud investigations through the use of innovative subrosa techniques and probative AOE-COE investigations.

Our surveillance investigators are trained in the latest surveillance and fraud detection techniques, computer research for records research and social media mining, and employ equipment from the normal multiple vehicles, cameras, to remote live video surveillance, spotting scopes, night vision, watercraft to include an ocean vessel, jet boat, personal water craft, horses, ATV’s, multiple trailers from flat beds to stock trailers to gooseneck travel trailers.

Our investigators that do interviews are also Notaries, have Level 1 & 2 Certificates in Kinsesic Interview Techniques and have attended training seminars for California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations.

Williams Investigations is authorized by the California Department of Insurance to file fraud cases with them electronically, and are also authorized to offer  SIU (Special Investigations Unit)  services to clients.
