On behalf of the entire CEA team, I want to reinforce our commitment to our Members of Providing you With Peace of Mind. While we all change and adapt to these new COVID-19 circumstances, some things stay the same:
- Our CEA phone lines remain OPEN, Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm. 800-399-5331. Also, we also have an “after hours” HR Hotline, at the same number (convenience charge applies).
- Because our call volume has been extremely high during this crisis, some members find that emailing us is a quicker mode of communication. Feel free to email your questions to us at: email@example.com.
- Taking care of our own team members' health and well-being is essential to us. We have adapted our internal protocols swiftly and appropriately to support all of our team members across California. We meet (remotely) every single workday to ensure our lines of communication are strong.
