If your organization is ready to take on the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), but you're unsure where to begin, we have the tools to get you started. Wondering how much you really know about unconscious bias? CEA Members can take this free ThinkHR On Demand five-minute unconscious bias course, complete with quizzes, to see how they rate on their knowledge about bias in the workplace.
Got 30 Minutes or More?
CEA has four more terrific free resources on DE&I. Free to members, these trainings range from 30-60 minutes and are great for everyone in a management or leadership role at your organization. Plus, they all include opportunities to test your knowledge along the way, then print out results and completion reports. (When you log in, you'll first need to create a ThinkHR login account to view these tests, if you haven't done so already. Call us if you need any assistance.)
Diving Deeper: Building Diverse, Equitable, Inclusive Workplaces
If you have more time to dive deep into building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, consider attending a four-part webinar series, presented by our sister association, Cascade Employers Association. This webinar series will introduce you to the root causes of racism and discrimination while providing tools for navigating challenging discourse in the workplace.
Each session provides an overview of relevant topics and terminology for employers who want a fundamental understanding of how to address Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in their organizations. Participants will leave with tools and practices to inform their strategic vision for a more inclusive environment.
