New Laws Require New Postings

Governor Brown has finished signing a number of new laws into effect for 2018. CEA’s 2018 all in one State and Federal Labor Law Poster includes the new minimum wage rates and all other mandatory postings for 2018.

Posters must be displayed in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where covered employees work. Employers are required to provide the posters and notices in any language spoken by 5% or more of the employees at a job site.
