The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
The Family Medical Leave Act is a law that lets employees take unpaid time off from work for specific reasons (29 CFR Part 825). The goal of the law is to help people balance their work and family responsibilities.
This program will teach your supervisors:
- Who is eligible for leave.
- What people must do to become eligible for leave.
- When and how workers must notify you.
- What rights employees have under the law.
