Diversity Training

It really is As Simple As Respect.. Without respect, a workplace can be a difficult place.

This program discusses the issues of diversity, respect and inclusion in the workplace to help achieve a diverse and respectful environment for everyone.

Here are a few of the guidelines that will offer helpful rules to follow in the workplace to promote respect, diversity and inclusion:

• Turn uncomfortable situations into learning opportunities
  
• Religious or cultural beliefs don't justify desrespectful behavior toward coworkers
  
• Be careful not to display or send potentially offensive materials on your computer
  
• Judging people's abilities by their appearance can lead to discrimination
  

Simple steps will help break down the correct behavior to give employees and managers alike tools to discuss workplace respect issues, and how to relate those steps to their own personal behavior and experiences.
