EPL Insurance - Employment Practices Insurance is a liability policy that protects and defends your business and employees ( and your 3rd party contractors) from lawsuits for alleged sexual harassment, alleged discrimination based on age, sex, gender, wrongful termination and disabilities. The coverage also extends to lawsuits brought against you under the ADA, American Disabilities Act.
