As a member of CEA, you receive the added benefit of professional representation if required. We can represent your firm in a variety of hearings, including unemployment, wage and hour, and labor commission hearings (not requiring an attorney by law).
If, at any time, your CEA Regional Manager determines that your case is moving in the direction of litigation and will require legal counsel - CEA will make an immediate referral to one of our retained legal firms, or if you prefer, they will work closely with your own attorney.
