As a CEA member, you have immediate access to all of our human resource and labor relations services.

A CEA membership provides valuable support, tools and resources to owners, managers and HR professionals. Our three primary offerings are: membership, consulting, and training.

We are here to assist in the day-to-day human resources functions, including a comprehensive website tool with labor law information for all 50 states. CEA's consulting services provide assistance on a wide range of HR and management issues, including expertise in wage and hour compliance, employee handbooks, recruitment, surveys, union negotiations and organizational development.

Our training classes, workshops and webinars cover training for everyone on your staff in a host of categories.

• Associate Membership - This membership provides HR information and support by telephone and email during regular business hours and access to the CEA website including HR Answers Now which is available 24/7.

• Premier Membership - A full service membership which provides HR information and support onsite, by telephone, or email during regular business hours and access to the CEA website including HR Answers Now which is available 24/7. Plus consultation hours depending on employee count 8 to 15 hours a year.

• HR Hotline for Associations - Retaining members and attracting new ones remains a top priority for every trade association. The need to provide value to your membership is critical in supporting the cost of dues and member retention. Many businesses fall short on resources, especially when it comes to managing HR functions.
